    Halloween seems to be a weekend affair in Metro Vancouver. All weekend, I saw adult ghouls, bloody nurses and Star Wars characters roaming the streets. Now that Halloween is officially here, it’s time for kids to take to the streets (with costumed parents I’m sure). The weather looks like it will be fine this year (in Metro Vancouver at least) for kids to get as much candy and chocolate as possible.     Our back to school campaign may be over, but the impression it has made will hopefully live on. Allan Lamb of the BCAA Road Safety Foundation does a great job of laying out why the campaign is important and why we should have a word with ourselves before rushing through school zones.
