The wait is over, contestants. A winner of the Put a Helmet on It Contest has been helmeted. Sanaz of Vancouver puts a helmet on it even if she thinks it doesn’t look good. Here’s her winning comment, drawn last week out of the number of comments submitted for the contest.
“I have to admit helmets don’t look good on everyone, but it’s a safety precaution so you have to suck it up ;)”
Vacationing in a country you’ve never been to can mean accepting that the norms in your life like knowing what you’re doing with your day, when you’ll be finding food, and where you’ll be sleeping at night no longer exist.
